Fees are to be either paid up front or before I leave to return to the studio

My service fee is $50.00 per hour.
A 2 hour minimum for all out of office work

If there is a photo shoot that is more than one day
all lodging expenses will be charged when out of
Walworth County, Wisconsin

Due to fuel prices I am forced to charge 35¢ per mile for
photo shoots at your location and for any pick up and delivery.
Start from Lake Geneva to your location and back to Lake Geneva
using Street Atlas USA mileage.

When out in the field taking pictures they will not look the same as when shot in a studio therefore pictures will be run through PhotoShop® to attempt to get the best possible effects and looks for straightness of vertical lines, color balance and contrast.
Finished work is usually within 3 days.

Photography that I do NOT do:

Paparazzi type photos (CHASING AFTER PEOPLE)
Portrait (NOT AT THIS TIME)
Videography (NOT AT THIS TIME)
Weddings (NEVER - DON'T EVEN ASK)

Virtual Tour Information

Virtual tours are used for for businesses, colleges, golf courses, historical exhibits, Bed & Breakfast, hotels, manufacturing, new home models, motels, museums, nature preserves, prep-schools,
real estate, restaurants, lounges and bars resorts, RV's, sports stadiums, theme parks city tours, etc.

Your tour fee includes professional photographer's labor,
computer setup for the virtual tour with PhotoShop^®
& 1 year hosting of virtual tour on our server
(Additional fee for remote hosting at your location)

All virtual tours pricing will be at $50.00/hour
except for discount prepaid package plans below.

* Depending on the size and layout of the area or room the scenes may sometimes be
still shots or <360° panorama instead of a full 360° panorama for aesthetic reasons.
The number of panoramas will depend on the layout and size of the location.
Number and type of photos that are required at a virtual tour
are left at the discretion of the professional photographer.
Hallways and bathrooms will normally be still shots.
Storage areas are normally not photographed.

There will be NO CHARGE up to 7 days after original photo shoot for:
changes to wording, switching order of presentation, or format.

Re-shots of any scene will be the usual fee for the following year of hosting.

No recurring yearly hosting fee for real-estate tours are available.
Tours need to be re-shot for an updated look.

A recurring annual fee for hosting your business tours is only $98.50 per year.
